Spielmechanik 'prompt-grid' für den Englischunterricht in Klasse 5–13
Was ist das? This or that?: Unterrichtsidee & interaktive Tafelfolie ist ein ca. 5 Minuten langes, spielerisches Warm-up für den Englischunterricht in Klasse 5–13 (Niveau A1). Es lässt sich ohne Schülerdaten und ohne Vorbereitung direkt am Whiteboard oder ActivePanel starten.
Didaktisches Ziel & Zweck
A speaking warm-up the class runs itself. Every pupil asks and answers once; the words are ones they know without having learnt them, so the effort goes into the sentence, not the vocabulary.
Phasierung & Ablauf im Unterricht
- Chain: one pupil picks a card and asks a classmate — “Winter or summer?” The answer is a full sentence; then the classmate picks a card and asks the next pupil.
- Or in pairs: both partners go through the cards, asking each other in turn. Afterwards tap “All asked”.
- Tap a card once it has been asked — it fades. Or tap “Pick one for me” and let the board choose; “Next one” marks it and picks the next.
- Sixteen questions are one set. For a long chain there is a second set — “Next set”. What was asked, this class will not see again for a while.

Hilfreiche Sprachimpulse für eine einsprachige Moderation:
- “Ask your partner: this or that?”
- “Answer in a full sentence, please.”
- “Why? Give me one reason.”
- “Next one – your turn.”
Differenzierung & Varianten
Stricter: every answer gives a reason (“… because …”). Faster: the class answers one card by standing up (this) or staying seated (that), and one pupil explains why.
