Spielmechanik 'sort-belt' für den Englischunterricht in Klasse 6–9
Was ist das? Factory sorter: Regular or irregular?: Unterrichtsidee & interaktive Tafelfolie ist ein ca. 5 Minuten langes, spielerisches Warm-up für den Englischunterricht in Klasse 6–9 (Niveau A2). Es lässt sich ohne Schülerdaten und ohne Vorbereitung direkt am Whiteboard oder ActivePanel starten.
Didaktisches Ziel & Zweck
The irregular verbs have to be learnt by heart, and this asks the question that matters: does this one take -ed, or do I have to know it? Anyone who hesitates has found their next one to learn.
Phasierung & Ablauf im Unterricht
- Ask for the past form of one or two verbs first, out loud. That sets what the sorting is about.
- Start the belt. Forty-five seconds — and the rule is the past form, not the word itself.
- Afterwards go back over the wrong ones and say the past form out loud: go, went, gone.
- Next pupil. Whoever sorts often enough stops thinking about it, which is exactly the point.
